Dashboard - Client Management

The EonWorkflow™ Dashboard provides a great client management tool to simplify and organize all your client interactions. Using the client management tool and Dashboard search capabilities, you will never struggle to locate client information again. Other features allow you to view and change client information, assign a salesperson to an account, give custom discounts on specific products and view the client's order history.

Another great feature is the ability to search for a group of clients and export their information for use in marketing. You can use this information for advertisement mailings of upcoming specials or coupons.

You also have the ability to create salespersons in your system and track the productivity throughout a range of dates. Each client can be assigned a salesperson, allowing you to assign accountability to your staff. When placing orders in the Storefront, clients have the opportunity to attach a salesperson to the order.
